Our imprint clays and paints are dermatologically tested to be used on the delicate skin of infants, ensuring their safety. The 'Smart Inkless Touch' technology in our ink pads allows you to make a beautiful ink print without it coming into contact with baby's skin.

All our products are designed to be easy to use. Our kits contain everything you need to create a personalized keepsake with your baby's prints. An instruction manual in each product explains how to easily create the perfect print, ensuring successful and memorable results. We also leave room for individual creativity to make each keepsake unique and special.

Depending on the product, our kits contain everything necessary to create a personalized keepsake, with detailed instructions specific to each product. For example, they might contain a frame, a decorative support or magnets, a contactless ink sheet and/or a bag of clay for prints, but may also include imprint paint tubes, a roller to smooth the clay or spread the paint, and adhesives to stick the prints or photos.

We provide detailed instructions with each product. Our kits include everything needed to easily capture your baby's hand and foot prints. The clay is easy to handle; just knead it for 40 seconds before spreading it out, then press your baby's hand or foot and create the desired print. It then air-dries without the need for baking.

Simply place the contactless ink sheet on the provided paper surface in the correct direction, gently press your baby's hand or foot on the sheet, and remove it. The print will appear on the paper without the ink directly touching your baby's skin.

You can personalize your frame by using either clay or the contactless ink provided, depending on the chosen product. You can then insert one or more custom photos.

Our frames are designed to fit different photo sizes. Here are the specific photo sizes for each product: Double Frame: 150x150mm, Classic Frame: 90x135mm, 2 Prints Frame: 100x150mm, Duo Frame: 100x150mm, Multi-Photo Frame: 140x190mm, My First Year: 75x75mm.

The clay takes about 20 hours to air dry, depending on the thickness of the print and the ambient temperature. The clay imprint should then rest upside down for 6 to 7 days before being displayed in the frame.

The paint takes about 3 hours to dry completely, depending on the thickness of the print and the ambient temperature.

You should allow 3 days for the contactless ink to dry completely before displaying it in the frame.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, your order is shipped within 24 hours of purchase on business days and delivered within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to allow you to track your package until delivery.

You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return an item that does not suit you.

Please take note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

To return an article, it will be necessary to use the return from which you will be able to download on the website.

Before returning any damaged or defective product, you must keep us informed of your intention by contacting our customer service (contact@petitartichaut.com) so that we can see the condition of the item, photo/s will be requested.
Upon receipt of the photo/s, and if we determine there is indeed an issue with the product, a return agreement bill will be given, and a prepaid Post label will be sent by email.

We do not enclose an invoice in your package, it will be sent directly to you by e-mail.
