Delivery Area

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within mainland France.

Delivery Methods

The delivery method offered for standard products is Colissimo, with delivery either to your home or to a pickup point, within an indicative timeframe of three (3) business days.

Address and Order Processing

BTL DIFFUSION will deliver the products listed in the order confirmation to the delivery address provided in your order form, according to the selected option.
If you are ordering products to be sent to multiple addresses, a separate order must be placed for each address.

Unavailability and Delays

If all or part of the products ordered are temporarily unavailable, the order may be postponed.
In case of a shipping delay, you will receive an email informing you of the potential impact on the delivery date.

If delivery is delayed, a new estimated date will be proposed via email.
If BTL DIFFUSION fails to meet the stated delivery time—or if none is given, and delivery exceeds thirty (30) days from order confirmation—you may cancel your order by contacting our customer service.

BTL DIFFUSION will then refund all amounts paid, no later than fourteen (14) days following contract termination.

If the product is received after your cancellation request, the refund will be issued only after the product is returned complete, in good condition, and in its original packaging, within 14 days of its receipt by BTL DIFFUSION.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership and risk of loss of the products are transferred to you at the time of delivery.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email, provided you supplied a valid email address during checkout.

Customer Responsibility

BTL DIFFUSION cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to the customer’s unavailability after multiple delivery attempts by the carrier.
Please ensure that all relevant delivery details are included in the shipping address (building number, floor, access codes, etc.).
