Refund Policy

Returns within the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

A return label will be sent to you by email. The product must be returned within 14 days following notification of the withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the actual receipt of the product by Petit Artichaut, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Condition of Returned Products

According to Article 8.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, products returned under the right of withdrawal must:

  • Be complete (including all accessories, manuals, documentation, etc.),

  • Be in perfect working and presentation condition,

  • Be resellable as new.

PetitArtichaut strongly recommends keeping and using the product’s original packaging for the return. If that is not possible, you must use equivalent quality packaging that provides optimal protection during transport.

Any product returned that is damaged, incomplete, soiled, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning may be subject to:

  • A partial refund corresponding to its resale value, or

  • A refusal of refund if the product is no longer suitable for resale.

Returns for Defective Products or Delivery Errors

In accordance with Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Petit Artichaut will cover the return shipping under the legal warranty and may arrange for the product to be collected by a carrier. A shipping label will be provided to you.

Before shipping, please:

  • Attach the provided shipping label,

  • Include all original accessories and documents,

  • Use suitable packaging (preferably the original packaging or equivalent),

  • Carefully seal the package.

Following this procedure ensures that the products arrive at the correct destination, in good condition, and within a reasonable timeframe.

After receiving and inspecting the product, Petit Artichaut will proceed, as appropriate, with a refund, replacement, or repair, according to the conditions set out in Articles 7 and 8 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
